Apple To Release The 9.7-Inch iPad Pro 2

While Apple has yet to provide its product lineup for the rumored March unveiling, it is said that the upcoming iPad Pro will be one of the main stars, as it will reportedly rival the specs of the original. The larger version came with an 8MP camera only. There are also speculations that the iPad Pro will offer quad speakers and a Smart Connector for a Smart Keyboard. The larger iPad stood apart from the standard 9.7-inch iPad Air not only because it was larger, but it also had compatibility with Apple's new smart cover keyboard (sized for the smaller tablet) and the Apple Pencil. Reports have suggested that this is indeed being developed internally at the moment, and that it will be available by the time of the March launch. Apple is also expected to announce that the original iPad Air will be discontinued, perhaps leaving the Air 2 as the cheaper iPad option.

As Apple looks to move quickly with this new device, it seems increasingly inevitable that it will indeed see the light of day at the upcoming March 15 events. However, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is expected to feature an impressive 12 MP camera which has already been featured on the iPhone 6S. Consumers seem to have cooled on the constant cycle of upgrades for Apple's tablet, though. The iPad Mini will probably keep its name, though. As the corporation continues to slow down the production of the older iPad Mini and iPad Air models, the iPad Pro 2 will play a role in refreshing the hugely successful and iconic iPad range.
