According to the Ecumenical News, the reason behind the fear of the possibility of the iPad Air's imminent end is this device was absent at the WWDC event last month. The revolutionary tablet, a pioneer in style and capacity, looks like is set to take the stage along the new iPhone 7 in September.
The iPad Air 3 is speculated for an October release. This device will also reportedly come with the latest A10 chipset, which would make it one of Apple's top products if ever it does get released and the rumors hold true.

It's hard to argue against a September release of the next generation iPad mini considering that the fourth generation was launched back in Sept. 9 of a year ago.
