Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release Purposely Delayed By Microsoft?

Earlier expectations were that Microsoft might release it with the Surface Pro 5 tablet and the Surface Book 2 laptop, however it now seems that the plans have changed and the release date of the Surface Phone has been moved further by a good few months, and it will be coming out in the March of next year.
